Description
Super Silver Shield is an anti-corrosive, water proofing paint with aluminium finish, Super Silver Shield composed of oxidizedbitumen, volatile solvents and specially formulated aluminum compound.

Application
Super Silver Shield is used as a protective coating on iron, steel,masonryand other surfaces. It is used to reflect UV rays and protectbituminous waterproofing felts and fabrics, while giving a visually pleasing finish.It covers, in normal conditions,
•9 to 11 m2/Lwhen applied over metal and old painted surfaces.
•7 to 9 m2/L when applied over bituminous surfaces.
•5 to 7 m2/L when applied over brick masonry and concrete

Advantages
•Deflects UV rays and prevents degradation of membrane arising out of exposure to sunlight.
•Reduces heat radiation inside the buildings and thus provides a little insulation from atmospheric temperature.

Application Methodology
???Surface Preparation
•Remove dust, flakes, oil, grease or other foreign particles by jet or dry air and clean the surface before applying Super Silver Shield.
•Undercoat is not necessary for itsapplication

???Material Preparation
•Stir Super Silver Shield by a slow speed mixture (approx. 400 rpm) fitted with a suitable mixing paddle to ensure thorough dispersion of aluminium for a uniform finish.

???Application of Material
•Apply Super Silver Shield  on the prepared surfaceby brush.
•Allow it to dry for 5 hr.
•Super Silver Shield can be applied over old painted surfaces without burning off or scraping, provided the old surface is not in a flaky condition.

•Avoid contact withskin / eyes, and avoidswallowing.
•Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid inhalation ofvapour.
•Wear suitableprotective clothing, gloves and eye protection.
•Incaseofs k i n contact,rinsewithplentyofcleanwater,thencleansewithsoapand water.Do notuse solvent to clean the contacted area.
•Incaseofeye contact,washwithplentyofcleanwaterandseekmedical advice.
•If swallowed,seek medicalattention immediately. Do notinduce vomiting.

Store in air tight containers in cool, dry place,under shed,away from heat and moisture
